Down Payment Assistance Program
The City of O’Fallon offers a Down Payment Assistant Program to assist low-to-moderate income first-time homebuyers. The program provides zero-interest forgivable $10,000 loans towards the down payment on purchasing a home in O'Fallon. Pre-purchase housing counseling is required for eligibility.
