Events become extraordinary at our modern and spacious venue. Reserve a guided tour to see how Krekel Civic Center can make your occasion unforgettable. Tours are free and last approximately 30 minutes.
Yes, the use of our 60-inch round tables, 6-foot rectangular tables and folding chairs are included with the rental.
Can I bring in my own food or do I have to use a caterer?
Renters can choose to self-cater or hire a caterer for their event. There is a $25 food fee per room rental that will be applied. Caterers must be approved of in advance by filling out and submitting an Approved Vendor Application (PDF).
How big is the Krekel Civic Center?
The entire facility is approximately 8,500 square feet. The multi-purpose rooms and the classroom each measure approximately 1,100 square feet, and all three multi-purpose rooms combined total approximately 3,300 square feet.
How do I schedule a tour of the Krekel Civic Center?
Tours are given by appointment only. To schedule a tour, please contact Abby Rose at reservations@ofallonmo.gov or 636-379-3288. Please mention you are interested in reserving Krekel Civic Center in Civic Park.
How many people can fit in each room?
Approximately 50 people can fit in each multi-purpose room (MPR) depending on the floor plan. When MPR 1, MPR 2 and MPR 3 are used together, the space accommodates up to 150 people with a head table and space for a dance floor.
How many tables can fit in each multi-purpose room?
Each multi-purpose room can fit six (6) round tables and three (3) six foot rectangle tables.
What are the rental hours?
Half day rentals are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Full day rentals are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Will I have access to the kitchen with my rental?
Access to the caterer’s kitchen is exclusive to the rental of multi-purpose room three (MPR 3). Those who do not rent multi-purpose room three (MPR3) will not have access to the kitchen and its amenities.
