The O’Fallon Fitness Program offers opportunities for people of all ages to get fit, stay fit and feel better through the use of City park facilities and participation in enjoyable programs and activities.
All programs are six weeks in length unless otherwise noted. Please check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
