Designed with flexibility in mind, this 4,000+ square foot venue has seating for up to 250 guests, and can host weddings and receptions, conferences and meetings, and private parties and events. Both full- and half-day reservations are available, and O’Day Lodge can be customized to fit any occasion.

Add O'Day Amphitheater to your reservation
If you are booking O'Day Lodge for your special occasion or event, you may optionally add use of the O'Day Park Amphitheater at the time of booking. Full access to the amphitheater, includes microphones (handheld or lapel) and use of the installed sound system. Chair rental and setup can be added as option, too: 100 chairs is $100; 200 chairs is $200.
Amphitheater-only rentals are available starting January of the year the event takes place. The Amphitheater may be added to an O'Day Lodge reservation at any time.

Events become extraordinary at our modern and spacious venue. Reserve a guided tour to see how O'Day Lodge can make your occasion unforgettable. Tours are free and last approximately 30 minutes.
Yes; the use of our 60-inch round tables (that seat eight guests each), 8-foot rectangular tables (for food, gifts, cake, etc.), and Chiavari chairs are included with the rental fee.
Can I bring in my own food or do I have to use a caterer?
Yes, you may bring their own food or drink or use a caterer of their choice. All caterers must be pre-approved. You can find a current list of our Approved Caterers on this webpage or your caterer may apply to join the list. All catering orders that contain alcohol must be placed 60 days in advanced.
Can I host an event on a holiday?
O'Day Lodge is available for rentals on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Please note: a 15% surcharge will be applied to reservations on those dates. O'Day Lodge is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
How big is O'Day Lodge?
The entire venue is approximately 8,500 square feet. The venue features a 4,000-square-foot multi-purpose room with seating for up to 250 guests. The room also can be divided into one smaller 2,000-squarefoot room, so it can be customized for events both large and small. Room dimensions are 80’1” x 57’1” for the entire space or 39’6” x 57’1” for MPR 1.
How do I schedule a tour of O'Day Lodge?
Tours are given by appointment only. To schedule a tour, please book a guided tour online or contact Abby Rose at reservations@ofallonmo.gov or 636-379-3288. Please mention you are interested in reserving O'Day Lodge in O'Day Park.
How many tables can fit in each room?
The table set-up will vary depending on your floor plan, but the venue may seat up to 300 people. For weddings, the venue can seat up to 250 people. The smaller, half-size setup can accommodate 14 tables, and the entire room can accommodate 36 tables.
Tables are 60-inch round tables with seating for up to eight. Rectangular gift and food tables also are available.
Please note: At half size, the smaller room has access to the caterer's kitchen and wrap-around deck, but not the indoor/outdoor fireplace.
What are the rental hours?
Half day rentals are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Full day rentals are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Renters also can add a Friday evening rental to any full-day Saturday rental for the cost of half-day weekday rental
When did O'Day Lodge open to the public?
O'Day Park and O'Day Lodge both opened to the public on April 27, 2019.
In order to reserve at date at O’Day Lodge, you must complete a reservation application and contract. Once the application is approved, the payment is due in full two business days later.
Will I have access to the kitchen with my reservation?
Yes, full access to the caterer's kitchen is available to those reserving the venue, as well as the pre-approved caterers.
