Project HOME
Project HOME was founded with one goal in mind – preserving the City of O’Fallon as a great place to live for generations to come. Over the years, Project HOME funds have been used for a variety of purposes, but the focus has always been, “How can we make our community be a better place to live?”
Since 2004, Project HOME has provided assistance to low-income homeowners who need home repairs and provided special assistance to low-income residents with disabilities.
The City of O’Fallon is excited to announce the new Project HOME Non-Profit Organization Grant Program for eligible non-profit organizations serving O’Fallon residents in need.
Since its inception in 2004, Project HOME has successfully carried out its mission to assist low-income homeowners with necessary home repairs, emergency repairs, and accessibility needs. The program firmly believes every resident should have a safe and healthy home in which to live.
The City of O’Fallon has committed up to $50,000.00 of Project HOME funds as a one-time grant to support eligible organizations that specifically benefit O’Fallon residents with much needed home repairs including, but not limited to, remediation of code violations, safe egress, emergency home repair needs, and accessibility improvements. Eligible organizations may include non-profits that are corporations, associations, or agencies that meet application requirements, and must propose projects that support Project HOME’s mission.
Applications for the 'Project HOME Non-Profit Organization Grant' have closed. Thank you for your interest.
