The City of O’Fallon has contracted with Saints Joachim & Ann Care Service and the Northeast Community Action Corporation (NECAC) to administer the Emergency Homeless Prevention Program. The program helps low- to moderate-income O’Fallon residents on the verge of homelessness remain in their homes through financial assistance with mortgage, rent and utilities.

If you have been impacted by COVID-19 and need assistance with rent, mortgage or utility bills, please contact Saints Joachim & Ann Care Service at 636-441-1302 or NECAC at 636-272-3477 to apply.
